Designer - retailer collaborations are becoming a popular marketing strategy with benefits for all the parties involved. Among the collaborations that have sparked the public's interest, the Karl Lagerfed and Macy's capsule collection is certainly one of the most important ones for the season.
With a high accent placed on elegance and classicism, the collection features a variety of interesting pieces that can be worn on multiple occasions. All black ensembles are an important part of the collection, signaling the fact that this trend continues to be an important part of the style tendencies for the season. Flirty dresses, elegant hosiery, figure flattering vests, tweed pieces, high collars or trench coats and classy accessories such as gloves are some of the recurring elements of the collection.
