This is a party makeup look with sparkly silver and blue eye shadows. A great look for evening and especially Diwali. Hope you like it. :)
Start with priming your eye lids. Brush some loose powder for easy blending of eye shadows.

Now take Lotus Hypnotica blue liner. This liner has silver glitter, which twinkles. ;) Just be careful using these eye liners because they are not very creamy. Also glitter might be harsh on your lid if you don’t use with a lighter hand. The good thing is that these are waterproof and the glitters stays on lids all day long.

Start tracing your eye lid first.

Trace the blue eye liner on your upper lash line as well.

Fill in your lids. See the silver sparkle? :)

Blend the edges of the eyeliner with a blending brush. Don’t brush your lids or else you’d end up dusting off the sparkle.

Now take a midnight blue eyeshadow matte or shimmery. Either would work.

Place the blue eyeshadow only at the outer corner.

Don’t pick up more eyeshadow and start blending it inwards.

Keep your brush mostly till the outer two third of the eye.

Feather out the outer corner by moving your brush just outwards.

On a flat eye shader brush pick up silver eye shadow.

Place the silver eye shadow on the inner third of the eye.

Blend the edges.

On a fluffy brush pick up some loose powder..

And apply it on your brow bone. This would even out the skin tone.

On the tip of a flat shader brush pick up blue eye shadow.

Apply it on the outer third of the lower lash line.

Line your eye lids with black eye liner.

I have also applied silver eye liner on the inner third of the eye. You can apply silver eye shadow as well.

Apply kajal.

This step is optional. I am tracing the blue liner lightly on the outer lid to get that sparkly effect.

Curl lashes and apply mascara. You are done. :)
